Photographer's - GET EXCITED!

Singapore is filled to the brim with so many colourful photography opportunities.  While we will visit many of the iconic locations we will also make sure we have plenty of downtime to rest and relax. Nah, who am i KIDDING ;)
Let's enjoy each moment and have a ton of fun together getting creative; and explore and push the boundaries of photography, and ourselves! Let's ... have FUN!

The itinerary may be subject to change, depending on weather conditions each day.
(eg: the sunset cruise is planned for our last evening, however if predictions show no sunset that eve, it may be held earlier.)
Plus, photography often lends itself open to 'the unexpected' and seizing it - so we may spend more time than planned at some places, less at others - but we will cover all the below.

Come join your hosts; photographer Ann, and Storm (chef) and meet some like-minded photography pals - all soaking up Singapore together.

7 days, 6 nights | Thursday 24th April - Wednesday 30th April 2025

The itinerary is created with extensive research plus local expert advice, to come up with an experience that is both culturally and photographically immersive.

Day One

Arrive and meet at the hotel at or after, 2pm.
Settle in, then - straight into it! We'll have a chat; get to know each other, delve into our cameras, consider everyone's level of experience, look at our camera settings and photographic concepts - all to make sure you get the best images over the coming week. For those that haven't shot manual, or perhaps even RAW before - this will be a fabulous introduction as we all discuss everything - photography.
Dinner, followed by an evening walk along the Singapore River, soaking in the atmosphere and getting excited with anticipation, finishing with the 'Spectra' light show viewed from Merlion.

Day Two

This is definitely 'What a Magical View' day!
After a filling breakfast we will head to the Singapore Flyer, taking in 360 degree views of Singapore.
Strolling over the Helix Bridge for lunch we will explore the infamous hotel views from the 57th level atop the Skypark Observation Deck - spectacular views over Singapore and the Gardens.
Heading back down to the Gardens by the Bay, to take in both the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest before...you got it - one more height view to delve into - heading up and across the OCBS Skyway for views over the gardens and terrific viewpoint for the Marina Bay Sands Hotel.
After dinner we will be filled with delight by the light show at 'Garden Rhapsody' plus the light and water spectacular 'Spectra' from the gardens side of the river. Tiredly, we will make our way back to our hotel!

Day Three

A day on Sentosa Island.
We will head to the harbourfront to stroll across the Sentosa Boardwalk to the island. We will visit and explore Fort Imbiah and the S.E.A. Aquarium before lunch.
A fun time at Trickeye Museum for some interactive photographic play then spend the rest of the afternoon exploring Sentosa and Palawon Island. We will fit in the cable car and dinner before finishing on another light presentation "Wings of Time" at Sentosa. It's going to be a wonderfully animated tired trip back to the hotel. What a day! :)

Day Four

Sunrise anyone? Opportunity for those that wish to we will get up early and capture sunrise.
After breakfast we will spend the day at the Botanic Gardens - flowers, structures, landscapes, it's all there making it so very photographically different to our other days.
Eat
Farm Love | The farm-to-table concept is relatively new in Singapore, so we will take a little time for lunch and experience Singapore’s first sustainable urban farm & restaurant.
We will finish it off by heading to the ice cream museum - where there is sooooo many FUN photo ops! Candy colours anyone?! :)
Definitely, the opportunity is enormous today to throw in some ICM techniques today with an ICM masterclass - for some great colourful creative representations throughout the day.

Day Five

An 'architectastic' masterclass! Exploring the city - temples of the area including Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and the Sultan Mosque. Fort Manning and Haji Lane and it's many murals, Chinatown - we will be thrust among the wonderful people of Singapore and their cultures throughout the day.
The day will also include a visit to the Vintage Camera Museum with over 1000 cameras on display - from replicas of the world's biggest camera - the mammoth camera till the latest technological gadget, an 11 gram camera. The architecture of the museum itself you will love! No, don't google it. Allow yourself the surprise. :)
Dinner and strolling the nightlife to finish the day of exploration.

Day Six

Sunrise moments? Take two. For those that wish to, we will once again get up early and capture the sunrise.
Then after breakfast we will take the opportunity to head back to the Gardens area, visiting the Art Science museum first, and then, the day is our oyster!

A free day. Working this day out together it will be based on what we want to do - decided as a group. :) More gardens? More temples?
Let's see. I'm excited to see what you decide. Singapore is AMAZING!
Our whole trip will finish with a divine sunset cruise on the Singapore River.

Day Seven

After a hearty breakfast, exchanging details and sad farewells, it's time to head to the airport for return flight home.
Singapore airport is filled with a ton of photographic opportunities and ways to spend time so if your flights don't leave until later in the day, there's plenty to fill it with... cinemas, waterfall, leg massage, resting beds, fabulous food ...
