Every event carries its own rhythm - a gathering of people, light, detail and fleeting moments that deserve to be remembered with care. Below you’ll find answers to some common questions, so you can feel confident and relaxed knowing everything is thoughtfully taken care of.

What’s included in your coverage?

Your final images will be delivered within 7-10 business days via a private online gallery, curated with intention and care. If you’re working within a tighter timeframe, simply let me know - I’ll always do my best to accommodate where possible.

On the day of your festival or event, I’ll arrive approximately 15-30 minutes before the confirmed start time. This allows space to quietly settle into the environment, familiarise myself with the venue, and tune into the atmosphere before the first moments unfold.

Throughout your chosen coverage period, I photograph continuously - capturing not just what happens, but how it feels. Expect a considered blend of atmosphere, candid interactions, portraits, formalities, venue details, tabelscapes, catering touches, décor and those subtle in-between moments that often become the most treasured. Before finishing, I’ll check in with you to ensure there’s nothing meaningful left undocumented.

Travel & Location

If your event is located more than 30 kilometres from Melbourne’s CBD, a small travel fee may apply. This will always be discussed clearly within your personalised quote so there are no surprises.

Accessing Your Images

Once your gallery is ready, you’ll receive a private link via email. From there, you can view the full collection and select the number of images included within your package. The process is simple and intuitive, allowing you to take your time choosing the moments that resonate most.

Final selected images are delivered in web-size format (2048px), ready for online sharing. High-resolution files are also available for an additional cost should you wish to print or archive your images in greater detail. We do discuss what you need to use your images for beforehand to decide on the best package deal for you.

Booking Your Event

To begin the process, simply reach out via email at [email protected]. We will be in touch to go through details with you and then organise a formalised quote and booking details. A 50% deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due prior to or on the day of your event.
