My story?

At heart, I am a prolific creative - drawn instinctively to light, movement and the quiet poetry of the everyday.
A camera, to me, is not just a tool but an invitation: to observe more closely, to feel more deeply, and to honour both our glorious landscapes and the beautiful, fleeting moments of the people within them.

I move between photographer and visual artist with equal joy. One grounds me in reality; the other allows me to gently bend it. Both give me permission to explore the edges of creativity - to experiment, to trust instinct, and to create images that ask you to pause a little longer.

While my lifestyle may appear nomadic and full of motion, much of my artistry unfolds in stillness: hours spent quietly refining, shaping light, and nudging sliders in Lightroom and Photoshop until an image shifts from simple capture to something evocative and immersive.

Travel weaves through my story. I house-sit, wander across Australia in the ‘ole Hiace, and seek out new landscapes that stir inspiration.
Yet I am equally content indoors, immersed in the rhythm of editing or preparing for the next workshop or retreat. Sharing that journey - guiding fellow photographers through creative exploration, helping them see differently, and watching their confidence grow - is a great joy.

Photography, for me, is about attention. About noticing. About transforming the ordinary into something quietly extraordinary.
